Shipping FAQ
- Orders placed between Monday to Friday will packed and sent within 24 hours.
- We will send you a shipment notification email that includes tracking number and tracking link. You can also click here to check the order status.
- If your package is lost in transit, we must follow a set of procedures to locate your package. We must start a tracer with the shipping company. A tracer may take up to 7 business days to process. If the package is not found during that period, we can reship your order.
- Orders can be cancelled only before it is be shipped out. If the warehouse has already sent out the order, we do not guarantee cancellation.
