Any product purchased from us can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 15 days from the date of receipt. Please read the below steps explaining how to exercise this.

• Click here to request a RMA number before returning the product. Please include your name, order number, the reason for the return, and if you want to return for a full refund or exchange for another product. Within 1 to 2 business days after submitting the request you will be contacted via email with a RMA number and product return instructions.
• Returned items must be complete condition and not missing necessary parts. When returning a product, please write the RMA number on the package.
• We will not pay the return shipping fee for non-defective products. It is also the customer\'s responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are packed properly. You can choose whichever shipping option you feel comfortable using. We highly recommend using a shipping method that offers package tracking. We can not process a return or exchange if we have not received the items.
• Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. The refund will be issued the same day as we receive your returned product. If the product is not required to be returned, the refund will be issued on the same day as we specify to you by email. Depending on the payment method, it may take 5 to 7 business days for the bank to process the credit to your account.

If you wish to get a replacement of the same product because of a defective product after 15 days from the date of receipt, please email us with your order number and description of the defect for a replacement. All products we sell come with our own 6 month replacement warranty from the receipt date. We can send the same product or an equivalent product of similar value that you specify.

What is RMA number?

The RMA number gives us something to reference your return by and lets us know when to process your refund or what item to send back to you. The RMA number is valid for 15 days - please send the item back to us in a timely manner to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
